We can exchange specific product like waist trainer but we can’t refund.

Due to the intimacy of our product that is why we provide a size chart for accurate sizing so we advise you get your measurement before you choose your size. Find the measurement on the menu.

 
we can only exchange the specific product(waist trainer) if is unused to avoid stain and sweet or odor and fragrance on the product.

Note all shape wears are ineligible for exchange and return because is a sensitive product.
All specific (waist trainer)products must be returned within 14 days with the same package and tag as being received.
